Resident Chef on leave for summer
Just a note for incoming clients, our resident chef Steve is away temporarily working at his summer job at a kayaking resort in Desolation Sound. He will be managing the kitchen from a distance, with the help of local cooks, and will return mid September. Steve has prepared a menu for the temporary cooks to work with, in accordance with the Canadian Food Guide, Blueberry Commons organic farm, and our regular Sysco food orders will be providing healthy fresh food for the summer months. We wish him the best and can’t wait for him to return to fatten us up for the winter.
*NOTE – Steve returned to us in early October and has been cooking up a storm ever since. The client’s are very happy.
